rules

1. All drivers MUST attend the driver's meeting.

2. Any driver leaving the track will not be allowed to return to the race.

3. Only Valdosta Karting Complex Officials are allowed on the track. If your pit crew goes on the track you will
be BLACK FLAGGED.

4. DRUGS ALCOHOL AND FIGHTING ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Any driver or crew member breaking this rule will be disqualified and asked to leave the
premises.

5. FOUL AND ABUSIVE language is NOT ALLOWED.
If any of this language is used with a track official by any driver or crew member you will be disqualified and
asked to leave the premises.

6. Rough driving & bumping of other karts is not allowed. You are here for fun, not to get revenge.

7. If there is complaints about scoring, please notify one of the track officials. DO NOT go into or around the
scoring booth.

8. There is absolutely no yelling or hollering at any track officials, score keepers or any Valdosta Karting
Complex employees.

9.The Flagger's decision is the FINAL DECISION. Yelling, cursing and hollering will cause disqualification, not
change the decision.

10. Mufflers are required on all karts.

11. All drivers must wear approved helmet, gloves, neckbrace, shoes and a jacket or racing suit..

12. Any driver that stops on the track and removes their gear will be finished for that race.

13. Drivers or crew members are responsible for checking lineup board for their starting positions.

14. Go directly to the Grid when your class is called. If you are not in the Grid you will not be allowed to race.

15.On the starts if someone drops out, move straight up please.

16. After the race starts pit crew members are not allowed to work on karts.

17. A pit crew member can start or restart a Kart only in the first lap of a race. After that driver or a Track
Official MUST restart the Kart.

18. During a RED FLAG NO-ONE is allowed to work on KARTS, if caught doing so you will be BLACK
FLAGGED for that race.

19. If you are a lap down and are flagged to move over and you do not you will be BLACK FLAGGED for that
race.

20. If you are BLACK FLAGGED you are REQUIRED to leave the track immediately.

21. After two double file starts, karts will be lined up single file for the start of the race. If anyone spins out
intentionally to hold up a race, that KART will go to the rear of the field. Anyone spinning out on the second
attempt to start, the race will not be restarted.

22.IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT, YOU WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE REAR OF THE LINE UP
AT RESTART, REGARDLESS OF SITUATION.

23. Drivers are REQUIRED to cross the scales immediately after each race.

24. After the race the top 3 karts are to go directly to the impound area after leaving the scales (impound is
located by the scale house), failure to do so immediately disqualifies kart.

25. ANY driver who is underage for the class he/she is running will forfeit trophy and points.

26. Only 1 person besides the driver is allowed in the impound area.

THESE RULES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED BY EACH AND EVERY DRIVER AND PIT CREW
